The offering on this website is available to South African clients only.
Refund Policy
The provision of services by Genesis Light Foundation NPC is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, Genesis Light Foundation NPC will refund the client in full within 30 days.
Payment Options Accepted
Payment may be made into the Genesis Light Foundation NPC bank account, the details of which will be provided on request. You hereby agree that any Course purchase made by you via this Website constitutes an electronic transaction as defined in the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act, No 25 of 2002 and that a binding agreement has been concluded between you and Genesis Light Foundation NPC to deduct or debit your account for payments for services rendered. Your signature shall not be required for authorization purposes. Once Genesis Light Foundation NPC have confirmation of payment and the applicable amount reflects in their bank account, Genesis Light Foundation NPC will allow the user to continue with the purchased Course.
Please Note: Genesis Light Foundation NPC will require full pre-payment. This would be non-refundable in the event of cancellation.
Payment issues / reversals
Subject to receipt of payment, requests will be processed within 1 day and Course access confirmed by way of email. If payment reversals occur, your Course will be cancelled.
Transaction Currency
Transaction currency is South African Rand (ZAR).
Cancellations and Refunds
There are no refunds to any cancellations.
Responsibility
Genesis Light Foundation NPC takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the customer support, dispute resolution and delivery of Courses.
